- Design, Approvals and Prototypes:
Responsible for getting approvals for designs and prototypes from the client. - Leading the UX Team:
Worked as a lead, managing a UX team of three members. - Collaboration with Product Designers and Marketing:
Engaged in day-to-day calls and meetings with product owners and the client’s marketing team to discuss product requirements and business aspects. - Stakeholder Presentations and Feedback:
Presented final prototypes and designs to stakeholders.Marked all feedback for necessary changes and provided guidance on what was good or bad. - Guidance for Software Teams:
Guided internal software teams (iOS, Android, and web) and explained all UI components. - Pixel-Perfect UI Testing:
Conducted pixel-to-pixel testing for all flows and screens in the final UI.
